Purchasing a license from ShaunPaul.com entitles the purchaser to use the music in the chosen
category
for the number of years chosen. All licenses are non-exclusive
and non-transferable. Purchasing a license confirms your acceptance of the use, terms and conditions, crediting requirements and music rights below.
USE:
Photography, Wedding, or other Video Content DVDs:
This license is for photographers or videographers who intend to use Shaun's music in video DVDs or CDs as well as internet streaming. Shaun Paul MUST be credited on the DVD or CD as providing the music. Music only CDs or DVDs are prohibited.
Music for Films and Broadcast:
This license is for film producers seeking selected tracks of music by Shaun Paul to be used in film and broadcast. - Includes Free,Basic & Premium Cable TV, Radio, Internet. For theatre/film distribution call (888) 742-8672 or contact Shaun Paul at info@shaunpaul.com for a quote.
Worldwide Broadcast:
Broadcast in two or more countries.
Internet Streaming:
This license is for the purchaser or purchasing company may use the purchased music on only one website. |

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Shaun Paul is the sole composer, producer and owner of all works under which are copyrighted (ASCAP).
2.
Shaun Paul is assigned to complete ownership and control of the compositions and maintains the rights to the music and the sound recording.
3. Website music can only be used as background music, not as a downloadable clip.
4. All music MUST be credited properly wherever used. Please see crediting requirements below.
5. Purchasing a digital download of an album of music by Shaun Paul does not grant the legal rights to using music in this agreement. All Album digital downloads are for personal use only.

CREDITING REQUIREMENTS:
Website and Internet Streaming:
The music must be credited and include: (Music licensed and used with permission by: www.shaunpaul.com) Credit should be clear and presented at the bottom of the website on the page(s) it is playing from where copyright info is available. Credit must also be provided in the media player it is playing from if it displays artist information, and should include the name of the artist and title of song used. All credit should be clearly visible in both locations.
Slideshow's, DVD's or CD's:

Film, Broadcast and other media:

Please be advised that using music by Shaun Paul without a license in a forum such as a business website or blog as well as slideshows, DVD's, film/video, broadcast and all other public media is a breach of copyright laws.
